Living Local Working Local
They have lived in the Bay of Plenty all their lives and have an in-depth knowledge of the region.
A Lifetime of Experience in the Rural Industry
Phil has 20 years’ experience as a co-owner in a motorcycle and marine business, where service to the rural marketplace was core. Eileen, a fourth generation Opotiki-born farming girl, has never lost the love of farming and of country life. She has experienced her own property buying and selling, culminating in a nine lot subdivision at Waihi Beach.
While the Goldsmiths call the Eastern Bay of Plenty their homeland, they also have a good knowledge of and work throughout the wider Bay of Plenty and into the Central Plateau.
They are dedicated to making a success in rural sales and making your sale or purchase a positive experience.
