With a strong foundation in information technology, sales and marketing, business development and education, she is well-equipped to bring her experience to the real estate industry.

Having most recently been a shareholder and commercial director of mydestinationmontenegro.com an online platform which showcases tourism businesses by way of content, photography, video and virtual tours.
Joanne offers a fresh open communicative approach and is passionate about customer happiness, paying attention to the smallest detail, and ensuring that she delivers an incredibly professional real estate experience every time.
She has been involved in buying and selling property overseas as well as here in New Zealand, and has developed an innate understanding of the real estate market, knowing the intricacies and what needs to be done in preparation for taking your precious asset to market.
Joanne’s positive, outgoing attitude is evident in her approach and she thrives on a challenge. In 2011, she set up a private primary school in Tivat, Montenegro called arcadiaeducation.me with the help of two business partners and Cambridge University as a means of educating her children whilst living in Montenegro.
Adept in business start-ups, she was director and owner of a reputable luxury yoga company ExhaleHoliday.com and created a children’s yoga program YogaAnimal.com. Needless to say, she attributes her flexibility and balanced outlook on life to her love of yoga and yogic philosophy,
Joanne is from Ireland, she is widely travelled, married to Steve and they have a beautiful family, all involved in a variety of sporting activities including sailing, skiing, rugby, cricket and hockey. As a family, they are passionate sailors, having enjoyed many years cruising the Mediterranean and Aegean Seas.
