Sue Williams has over 15 years’ experience in the real estate industry, having won over 50 top sales and listing awards in that time. She has also been a principal officer and held AREINZ licence holder status for a number of years.
Agriculture is in Sue's blood. Growing up on a dairy farm, she has been involved in the dairy industry in one way or another ever since. Sue now share-milks with her partner, Ross, in Katikati.
Horticulture, although not in the blood, is another passion of Sue's. Having previously owned a kiwifruit orchard, Sue has now moved on to avocados. Managing an avocado block with Ross keeps her finger firmly on the pulse in the horticulture industry.
Sue plays an active role in the community with her love of netball (she has represented the Bay of Plenty numerous times) and agriculture (she volunteers at the A&P shows and calf clubs in the area and wider region).
In her down time, Sue loves nothing more than spending time with her children and grandchildren and enjoying dinner with friends. She is also a sport nut, with a preference for rugby and netball, and it's even better if it’s LIVE!
Sue is loyal and driven, attributes that you want in your real estate sales consultant. She will research, advise, negotiate, market and, most importantly, sell in order to deliver the best result possible.
