Located up the popular Te Tahi Road is 47 hectares (more or less) that has been leased out and specifically used for dairy grazing since 1992.

Laned from the front to near the back of farm, livestock movement is easy. Subdivided into 46 paddocks with trough water to all of the paddocks. Cattle yards and loadout facilities, three bay implement shed and disused three stand woolshed.
