Ken Walker is a country boy, who enjoys everything about the rural industry. He grew up on a farm in Tauhei near Morrinsville, was educated locally and left college to go farming. As well as owning and driving trucks throughout the country, Ken operated a stock truck company for 12 years. He and his wife, Yvonne, currently 50/50 sharemilk 240 cows near Morrinsville.
Ken embarked on a real estate career in 2006. It seemed a natural progression given his background and passion for rural-based industries. Since then, Ken has been involved in the transaction of hundreds of millions of dollars of farm and lifestyle properties.
Seeing exciting opportunities to grow both his own and the company’s business in Morrinsville and the greater Waikato, Ken joined PGG Wrightson Real Estate in January 2014.

Married to Yvonne since 1984, the couple have four teenage and young adult children. Ken enjoys family holidays and helping his kids achieve success in their lives. He also gives the thumbs-up to playing tennis and restoring his classic truck.
