Mark Nicholas works diligently to settle property transactions profitably.
Mark’s family has farmed ‘Pleasant View’ at Hawera since 1874. A family man for 43 years, Mark has lived and worked across the country, owning many properties including a farmlet and commercial investments. He and his wife, Geraldine have the pleasure of 12 grandchildren and a growing number of great grandchildren. Mark has travelled extensively and has experience in policing and private investigation across 25 years plus he owned and managed Nicholas Insurance Brokers for 18 years, specialising in farm succession and mortgage provisioning. Academic advancement is a constant for Mark, as is active involvement in commerce and political affairs. He gives back to the community and is presently a trustee at Ramanui, his own old primary school, and previously held national office in many professional and community bodies. Mark is also on the Board of Transparency International, with delegate authority for Taranaki. Skillsets of research, marketing, sales and humanities sit well with Mark in his real estate salesperson role, and he is very well connected and respected.
