Shari decided it was time for a change after 10 years as a Rural Manager for National Bank (seven on the West Coast) and embarked on her Rural Real Estate career with CRT Real Estate/Farmlands then Bayley’s before joining PGG Wrightsons on her return from maternity leave.
Over the last 14 years, as a Rural Real Estate Sales Consultant covering the whole of the West Coast, she has always focused on service to both vendors and purchasers right throughout the sales process. Focusing mainly on the dairy industry and support land historically, after marrying into a large-scale deer, beef, and sheep property she now has expertise in all areas to help you, whatever your farming requirements. Her previous vocation as a banker adds a depth of knowledge and networks to help Shari help you in the sales process.
Shari has also completed her real estate Branch Manager’s Licensee qualification and undergoes continual training and upskilling each year to stay on top of her game. Shari is proud and excited to be part of the PGG team. The large national exposure and huge contact base will mean Shari is best placed to sell your farming property in these challenging times.
Shari enjoys helping vendors sell their farms or rural lifestyle properties and move onto the next chapter of their lives and purchasers achieve their goals of property ownership. She firmly believes that there is not only the practical side of the contract and all that entails but a huge emotional attachment from both sides to see the deal completed with the focus on both parties being happy with the end result which she finds hugely rewarding.
