The farm has some very good fertile flats on one side of the road and has an under pass to the other side which would mainly be easy rolling to hill contour. It has two very good dams which supply the farm water via gravity. The cowshed is a tidy 30 ASHB with alpha plant and new water treatment system in place. It has plenty of support buildings for hay or calf rearing and machinery. The bobby pen also has its own loading race by the cow shed.
Currently milking 350 cows in a split calving system. All young stock are grazed on farm. The farm has been achieving 110,000kg MS with a 50 hectare lease in place for another three years.
This farm also has its own brown rock quarry which is used on the farm races. The farm is sub-divided into 97 paddocks.
A re-grassing programme has been in place each year.
It is in a lovely spot for trips to the Kai Iwi Lakes and our west coast beaches. All schooling is in Dargaville, or the option of a little country school for primary age.
There is a large five bedroom home and this home has nice views of the rural land and the farm flats.
