The exact amount of take attributable to the block is still to be determined but will meet industry standards necessary to grow process crops or pip fruit over the combined block of land.
There is a producing pip fruit orchard on the blocks eastern boundary and a new large scale Rockit apple development on the blocks western boundary. Soils across the block are deemed to be the Turamoe Series.
