John Duder comes from a totally rural background, starting with dairying, then 17 years' market gardening, through to running his own earthmoving business.

John has now been moving earth in a different way, having been in the real estate business since 1998.  Since 2005, he has been the Northland sales manager for PGG Wrightson Real Estate Ltd.
