Linda Fogarty

Linda has been part of the Real Estate industry since 2009 having started her journey in the Banks Peninsular area after she and her husband sold the hospitality business Godley House Function Centre Cafe & Bar in Diamond Harbour.

Linda then took up a Real Estate management role and looked after teams in the Canterbury, Marlborough and West Coast areas. Linda and her husband are originally from Oamaru so are embedded in local culture and understand provincial New Zealand.

Linda believes that being open, honest and upfront with good communication skills is the key to successful client relationships, which are paramount when selling your home or livelihood.
