Born into a family of generational farmers, working hard is in his blood! ‘Born and Bred’ Country, Ex Dairy Farmer, now Drystock, Richard has farmed most soil types from clay to peat to pumice and many systems from all grass to intensive zero grazing, completing 16 years' successful 50/50 sharemilking and finishing up with 800 registered pedigree Jersey cows.

Having farmed his entire life, Richard knows how tiring calving is, how challenging staffing can be and as an AB Technician he knows the importance of mating. Richard understands the business behind the farm and how much goes into it 24/7. He doesn’t just sell farms; he lives this life too.

As a result, Richard has real farming know how, a deep understanding and real passion for the rural sector and the people in it. He uses his knowledge, extensive connections and experience in farming to help accurately market and sell rural properties big and small.

Richard lives on a drystock property with his family and wife, Christine, who works alongside Richard as his Personal Administrator. Outside of Real Estate you’ll find Richard diving, fishing, motorbike riding or at home on the farm.
