Sam Spivey

Sam Spivey is a third-generation local real estate agent with PGG Wrightson Real Estate, bringing years of experience in the industry and a strong connection to the Oamaru and North Otago community.

Real estate has always been part of Sam’s life. Growing up in Oamaru, he was surrounded by the industry through his family and has now had the opportunity to work alongside his dad, continuing a family tradition in North Otago real estate that spans three generations.

Before entering real estate, Sam spent time overseas working in door-to-door sales. The experience helped develop his confidence, communication skills and ability to connect with people from all walks of life. It also taught him the importance of persistence, hard work and building genuine relationships.
