An additional 1,000 cattle are grazed through partnerships with Alliance and Styx Station.
Both properties are undergoing targeted development programmes focused on pasture renewal, lucerne establishment, and water infrastructure upgrades - including a new livestock water scheme at Hills Creek with reliable water sources from the Taieri River and Deep Creek at Styx. These initiatives are designed to enhance productivity, resilience, and long-term sustainability.
Extensive infrastructure across both stations includes multiple homes, woolsheds (ranging from three- to six-stand), sheep and cattle yards, implement sheds, and staff accommodation - providing a turnkey solution for immediate operation or further development.
