This attractive 217.1225 hectare property (more or less) is positioned in a well-regarded farming district, located 10 kilometres east of Aria and 20 kilometres southeast of Piopio. The farm operates primarily as a dairy platform with runoff and includes a comfortable three-bedroom main home along with a worker's dwelling. 26‑aside herringbone shed, two calf sheds, a garage, a two‑bay shed and a hay shed.

The land is a balanced mix, comprising approximately 157 hectares of flat platform country, 57 hectares of easy rolling hills used for support, and 2.5 hectares of native bush. The farm is subdivided into around 65 paddocks, with predominantly post‑and‑two‑wire fencing internally and post‑and‑batten 7/8 wire fencing along the boundaries.
