This well-presented dairy farm of 119.54 hectares (more or less) is located 4.5km from Tirau, and a short distance to Cambridge and Matamata.

Water comes from a bore for stock water. Shed and domestic supply is through a separate line. Tracks and lanes along with fencing of approximately 41 paddocks and well-maintained tracks with a rock quarry.

Shedding includes: a five bay calf shed/implement shed, two other hay sheds and a 120 tonne concrete floor silage bunker.
