Scott Tapp & Donna Baker - Promotion Ts & Cs

Terms and Conditions

1. This offer is made by Scott Tapp (Scott) and Donna Baker (Donna) only and does not apply to any sales or other dealings that any employee or agent of PGG Wrightson Real Estate Limited (PGWRE) make.
2. For each person that lists and sells their property (Client) with Scott or Donna, Scott or Donna (as applicable) will donate $500.00 of the total commission to a local nominated school or community group of the Client’s choice. If a property is listed and sold jointly by Scott and Donna, only a single donation of $500.00 will be donated.
3. An agency agreement must be signed by all parties on or after 1 February 2026 and a sale and purchase agreement for the relevant property must become unconditional by 31 December 2026 for this offer to apply. This offer may be end earlier than 31 December 2026 at the discretion of Scott, Donna or PGWRE.
4. This offer cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with any other promotion or special.
5. Scott, Donna and PGWRE reserve the right to decline to donate to any school or community group for any reason, in which case the client may propose a different school or community group to receive the donation.
6. The Client consents to Scott, Donna and PGWRE using their name, city of residence, likeness, image and voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion and any future services or offerings by Scott, Donna or PGWRE.
7. Scott, Donna and PGWRE may, at any time cancel entirely or withdraw this offer or change any aspect of it, including the criteria to quality for the offer, the nature and size of donations.
8. Scott, Donna and PGWRE are not liable in any way for any loss, costs, claims, damages or similar of any nature whatsoever arising for any person as a result of this promotion or PGWRE, Scott or Donna exercising any of their rights under these terms.
