Terms and Conditions

1. This offer is made by Janeane Strawbridge only, and does not apply to any sales or other dealings any other employee or agent of PGG Wrightson Real Estate Limited (PGWRE).
2. For every property that Janeane Strawbridge sells, Janeane will donate a portion of the total commission to a non-profit organisation.  The amount of the donation will depend on the purchase price of the property:- Purchase price up to an including $500,000 (including GST) - $100 donation.- Purchase price over $500,000 (including GST) - $250 donation.
3. A vendor can choose from one of 3 charities to donate to:
   - Central Hawkes Bay Pregnancy & Parenting
   - Hawkes Bay Rescue Helicopter Trust
   - The Little Miracles Trust
4. A donation will only be made if the agency agreement was signed by all parties on or after 1 January 2025 and the sale and purchase agreement for the relevant property becomes unconditional by 5pm 23 December 2025.  A donation will only be made on commissions of 2.8% or more (plus GST) for properties located within 50km of Waipukurau township. 
5. The offer cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with any other promotion or special.
6. Janeane and PGWRE reserve the right to decline to donate to any organisation for any reason, in which case the client may propose a different organisation to receive the donation.
7. Janeane and PGWRE may at any time cancel entirely or withdraw this offer or change any aspect of it, including the criteria to qualify for the offer, the nature and size of donations.
8. PGWRE or Janeane are not liable in any way for any loss, costs, claims, damages or similar of any nature whatsoever arising for any person as a result of this promotion or Janeane or PGWRE exercising any of their rights under these terms.
