Terms and Conditions
1. Appraise, list or sell your property with PGG Wrightson Real Estate Limited (Waipukurau) and go into the draw to win a Vegepod®.
2. To qualify you must appraise, list or sell your property through an agent based out of the PGG Wrightson Real Estate Limited Waipukurau office between 1 July 2025 and 30 September 2025 (Promotional Period).
3. This promotion does not apply to properties that are listed or purchased through agents at other PGG Wrightson Real Estate Limited offices.
4. One winner will be selected at random on 1 October 2025 to win the following:
a. Vegepod® (medium size) with Vegecover on a stand
b. 1 x 50L bag of Perlite-Plus
c. 1 x 1L Vegepod® Booster
d. 9 x bags of soil
e. $50 plant voucher (Prize)
5. The Prize has a value of $750. The Prize is not transferable, changeable or redeemable for cash.
6. The winner of the Prize will be notified by phone or email with the contact details provided when they listed their property for sale or when they purchased a property.
7. The Winner must collect the Prize within 10 days of being contacted that they have won. In the event that the Prize is not collected within 10 days of being contacted, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw the prize.
8. This Promotion is open to New Zealand residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and PGG Wrightson Limited are not eligible for this Promotion. Immediate family includes spouse, defacto spouse, child, parent or sibling.
9. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, PGG Wrightson Real Estate Limited and PGG Wrightson Limited excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of this Promotion and/or use of the Prize.
10. In the event that the Prize (or any part of the Prize) become unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may in its sole discretion decide to provide an alternative prize.
11. By entering this Promotion, you agree to the use of your name(s), photographs, and likeness for promotional/advertising purposes without charge for unlimited use, and agree to make themselves reasonable available for this purpose without any claim to compensation.
12. Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
13. All decisions made by the Promoter, its employees or agents are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
