Bernadette was exceptional. This was our first house sale and she was so thorough and made sure everything was taken care of as it should have been and helped us through the process so well given we had no experience in this side of it. We had a few loose ends to tie up that we were not initially aware of and she was always super prompt with letting us know what was required and what was expected.
