A long-time resident of the Rodney area, Donna grew up on her family farm and attended local schools, gaining a deep connection to the land and the community. Life in a rural setting instilled in her a strong work ethic, a love for animals, and a natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life.

After finishing school, Donna pursued a career in the medical field. She worked at the local Medical Centre, volunteered as a first responder with St John, and later transitioned into an administrative role at a private hospital. Through these roles, she developed a strong sense of patience, empathy, and adaptability - recognising that every person is unique and that a one-size-fits-all approach doesn’t work. These qualities have shaped her professional philosophy and approach to helping others.

Now, Donna is bringing her caring nature and local knowledge into the world of real estate.
