Emily Harper

Born and raised in Hawke’s Bay, Emily Harper combines strong local knowledge, genuine people skills and a practical, down-to-earth approach to real estate.

After completing her Diploma in Management and Marketing, Emily began her real estate career in 2021. Since then, she has built a strong understanding of the property sales process, working closely with clients and some of Hawke’s Bay’s top-performing real estate professionals. Her experience has given her a solid grounding in what it takes to deliver a successful property transaction, from the initial preparation and marketing through to negotiation and settlement.

Having recently built and sold her own home, Emily also understands firsthand the excitement, challenges and important decisions that come with buying and selling property. She particularly enjoys working with first-home buyers and helping them navigate what can be one of the biggest and most rewarding decisions of their lives.

After establishing a strong foundation within the industry, Emily now works alongside her mum, Fiona, as a Sales Associate. Together, they offer clients a combination of experience, energy and local knowledge, backed by a strong commitment to clear communication, trusted advice and achieving the best possible result.

Outside of real estate, Emily enjoys an active lifestyle with her partner, Ben, who runs his own building company and represents New Zealand in snowboarding. Whether they are on the slopes, road-tripping around the country or travelling overseas, they enjoy making the most of every opportunity. Closer to home, Emily loves spending time with family and friends, relaxing at the family Bach in Mahia and getting out on the boat with her dad.
