I live out of town and the house needed to be organised ready to be put on the market which was difficult to sort out from a distance, but also because of time pressures due to my work.
Fiona just sorted everything out including electricians to change old light fittings, a glazier, cleaner, someone to make the carpet look its best rather than replace them, a gardener for an initial sort out then maintenance while the house was on the market and before it went to the new owner.
Fiona made it all so straight forward. The house was on the market for three weeks and we had four offers and sold that day. I am very happy to recommend Fiona.
