Morgan’s love of real estate began when she bought her first investment property at the age of 27. Since then she has avidly followed the local growth trends and market diversity, seeing the opportunities and potential there is for growth in individual homes and in the property market itself, in a place that she has always called home.

Growing up in rural Te Puke and Papamoa, Morgan has seen the Bay evolve into the vibrant and flourishing community that it is today.

Not only does Morgan have an in-depth knowledge of the area, but she also has an extensive network of family and friends around her. It was with this in mind, that she made the decision to return home after several years overseas, considering this the best place to raise her young family. With three very active young boys, Morgan’s philosophy is to get out there and do it with them, whether it’s swimming at the lake, snowboarding or watching them play rugby.
