Very Informative Process
We were in a position of "no stress" sell. We appointed Maria and Ruby to sell our property on previous sales and reputation in the area. The whole process was stress-free, and we were kept well-informed of everything that was happening. We would recommend Maria and Ruby to list your property.

Maria and Ruby know the market so much better than their competitors. We were put at ease that their valuation on the house would be met and resulted in a sale that exceeded our expectations. Total professionals.

Friendly, very knowledgeable about the area and the properties history including its owners and builder since before it was constructed. Answered all our questions comprehensively and quickly plus flexible in meeting our requests for two private viewings.

We found Ruby and Maria excellent to deal with.  Their communication was excellent and they went above and beyond to secure a sale in a speedy timeframe with a price we were happy with.  Would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to sell or buy a home!!

A few months ago, we needed to sell our home as we were getting near completion of a new build. We asked Maria to be our agent, Ruby came on board too. They were professional, understanding and a delight. Nothing was a problem always just a phone call away with any concerns we may have had. Amazing we sold after two and half weeks with a great result. We would most definitely recommend Maria and Ruby without any hesitation.

We are only too happy to recommend Maria and Ruby to anyone who wants a quality team to sell your property. They both worked extremely hard to ensure we got a good price for our home. It wasn't easy, there were a few moments where they had to go to extremes to get the communication they needed but they persevered.
They were passionate about getting the job done right for us and we were so happy the care and attention they showed to us throughout the process.
Thank you so much.

Maria and Ruby were very helpful, friendly and professional when we sold our house. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their property. We appreciated that they communicated with weekly updates on our open days and the interest shown by potential buyers.

Maria and Ruby were a great team, excellent at reading the market and knowing when to change course/plan in order to help get us the sale.

Ruby Burney has provided support throughout the process of selling my property at a time when sales slowed generally throughout New Zealand. She travelled quite a distance for the weekly open homes to meet viewers and give them information about the property ensuring they were able to explore and notice the special areas. Ruby stayed to give me a helpful report about the viewers and to ensure I understood the ongoing process. Thank you Ruby for making the sale as easy as possible.

"We have sold three properties with Maria now and were delighted that our latest sale involved Ruby - their compatibility is evident. We partnered with PGG because we were confident their skill and expertise would smooth the process for us, yet again. Maria and Ruby offer qualities of integrity, hard work, dedication, local knowledge and outstanding communication. We continue to be grateful for the commitment we feel they made on our behalf and as a result, the outcome was extremely desirable."

"We recently engaged Ruby Burney from PGG Wrightson's to assist with the sale of our Waipara property. We found Ruby easy to deal with and provided great communication by keeping us regularly updated with any developments or interest in the property. We were really pleased with the great result Ruby achieved, especially given the market and uniqueness of our property. Ruby had a sound knowledge of the property market in our area, made helpful suggestions and put in the time and effort that was needed to secure a sale. We would have no hesitation in recommending Ruby to anyone looking for a hardworking, honest and professional agent to sell their property."
