Ryan Carlyle

Ryan Carlyle is a third-generation real estate professional with a genuine passion for people, property, and the rural sector. 

As Real Estate Business Manager for PGG Wrightson Real Estate’s Central Region, Ryan works alongside salespeople to provide leadership, coaching, compliance support, recruitment, and business development. His focus is on helping agents build successful businesses while ensuring clients continue to receive the high level of service PGG Wrightson Real Estate is known for.

Before moving into management, Ryan was based in Te Puke, where he built his reputation selling rural, horticultural, and lifestyle properties throughout the Bay of Plenty. Working alongside farmers, orchardists, and rural families gave him a practical understanding of the region and the importance of building lasting relationships.

Future focused, Ryan is passionate about developing the next generation of real estate professionals while supporting experienced agents to continue growing their businesses. He believes strong leadership, practical guidance, and leading by example are key to building successful careers.

Raised in a real estate family and educated at Tauranga Boys’ College, Ryan developed a strong work ethic from an early age through business ownership and a lifelong connection to the property industry.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time outdoors, playing golf, and hunting.
