About Tim Croskery

Tim Croskery is a South Canterbury rural professional with more than 20 years’ experience in agriculture and is proud to work as a Rural and Lifestyle Salesperson with PGG Wrightson Real Estate, servicing South Canterbury and North Otago.

Tim is passionate about the rural sector and is known for building strong, trusted relationships with farming families and rural people. Throughout his career, he has focused on understanding farming businesses, supporting sound decision-making, and helping clients navigate significant business and life transitions.

Most recently, Tim worked in rural finance, where he managed a significant rural portfolio across a wide range of farm systems and land uses, supporting clients through complex operational, investment, and succession decisions. Prior to that, he held senior roles in irrigation sales and operations, assisting farmers to develop, improve, and future-proof their properties.

Moving into rural real estate was a natural progression, allowing Tim to combine his strong commercial understanding of farming with what he enjoys most - working closely with people. He recognises that property is often the most important asset in a farming business and considers it both a privilege and a responsibility to support clients through that transaction process.

Tim chose to join PGG Wrightson Real Estate because of its strong rural reputation, depth of expertise, and alignment with his own values and approach to working with clients.

He lives in Pleasant Point with his wife, Pip, and their three children. Outside of work, family life keeps him busy - whether supporting junior sport or managing their 10-hectare lifestyle property.
