Born and raised in Hawke's Bay, Megan has a genuine passion for Central Hawke's Bay and has been an active member of the local community for more than 20 years. As Branch Manager and a licensed real estate salesperson with PGG Wrightson Real Estate, she specialises in residential, lifestyle, rural and bare land property.
Megan lives with her family on a 12-acre lifestyle property on the outskirts of Waipawa, giving her a firsthand understanding of the lifestyle many buyers and sellers are seeking. She also has a keen interest in the local equestrian trekking community and enjoys everything the region has to offer.
Community is important to Megan, and she is heavily involved in supporting many of Central Hawke's Bay's annual events and initiatives. From backing local favourites such as Duck Day to helping coordinate the significant CHB Food Bank collection, she believes in giving back to the community that has given so much to her. She is proud to support local schools, clubs, charities and organisations whenever she can.
Whether you're looking for the best local coffee, schools, sports clubs, beaches or simply want to know what it's like to live in Central Hawke's Bay, Megan is always happy to share her local knowledge.
Good, honest and effective communication has always been at the heart of Megan's approach. She believes in listening to her clients, keeping them informed, taking action and working hard to achieve the best possible outcome.

Combined with the strength of the PGG Wrightson brand, these connections provide valuable opportunities to connect the right buyers with the right properties.
